He's at the age, where I'll be carrying B and, without warning, he'll dive for what he wants! C'mon coordination, keep up until my child out grows this.
This is what he most frequently dives towards (la computadora.) He understands that we push the buttons on the keyboard because once I left him near an open computer and he filled a word document in a minute or two. Should not have opened that can of worms.
Computers are not the only form of technology he loves. He'll sit through the evening news without a peep.
If you remember, our apartment is a 1 bedroom and we will be sharing a room with our boy for a long time.
Well, B has a music mobile and in the middle of the night he chooses to sporadically turn it off and on (sometimes shutting it off at the first note; other times waiting several measures.) When he wakes us up, we don't know whether to pull our hair out or laugh our heads off.
I have recently begun nannying for a baby girl near B's age. She has the crib during nap time. And B has been an absolute gentleman by going down for his naps on the bed pleasantly & without fussing. I have been so proud of him! And darn-tootin' proud of myself that I've gotten both babies on the same eating & sleeping schedule!
Last but not least, B has a lovey (or as my pysch books would say, "an attachment object.")
val, you should put the laptop near his feet, instead of his mobile, so he'll learn to type with his toes! what an asset that would be to him in later years.

ReplyDeleteBradshaw and Baby Dragon would get along well with their love of TV and computer... I LOVE the sleeping picture, babies are so adorable when they sleep! I like to sneak pictures of my kids sleeping.

We've had Scott's parents here so I havn't had my daily dose of blog time :) So I had so much fun catching up and seeing all these cute pictures of Bradshaw! He is adorable...and I'm so glad you write about all the funny things he does- Doesn't it seems like we'll never forget them now, but years later, we'll look back and read them and laugh!
