Both Beau & Button were really into dancing until the video camera came out.

Button became clingy; Beau acts like a deer in headlights--qué hay de nuevo.

But it's still cute.

Gotcha Day

Yesterday was what the adoption world refers to as Button's annual "Gotcha Day" or the day that she legally became part of our family. It's fun to reflect on that (long-awaited) day last year and how we celebrated as a family when we got the news.

This year, despite being busy, Pierre made it possible for Button & I to have a special girls' outing (a mother-daughter date.) We had a good time together and even found her a fun little gift while we were out.

We sure love our little Button!
